Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. However if you are not completely thrilled with your purchase you can send it back within 14 days.
To initiate a return, please send me a message and include your name, order number, item you wish to return and the reason for return. We aim to reply to you with 24 hours. Alternatively you can give me a call to start your refund process.
Refund Policy
What do I do?
You can send your item back for a full refund within 14 days, providing it has not been used or worn. Items should still have the tags attached and in the original packaging. Please retain a valid proof of postage when returning your order. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. Items received outside of the 14 days will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you.
How will you get your refund?
Once the item has been received and checked, the refund will go back to the original payment method. It can take up between 5 and 15 days for the payment to come back to your account. With PayPal it can take up to 30 days for your refund to come back to you.
If there are any promotions at the time of purchase, you will receive a refund for the amount paid at time of purchase.

Exchanges
If there is another item you want to exchange for, please let me know when you have contacted me. All exchanges must take place within 14 days of you receiving your order.
