Terms and Conditions

Grab a cup of masala chai and have a read through our terms and conditions. Theres not a lot but please ensure you fully understand them before placing your orders. Once orders have been placed, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions of sale. 

 

Payments

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay (on supported devices) and PayPal. All payments are made securely on the website. Your card details are not stored at Saree Walee. 

 

Orders

If in the event Saree Walee cannot fulfil your order, we reserve the right to cancel. However if this does happen, please be rest assured that you will be notified straight away. 

Faulty Items

All items are inspected thoroughly before they are shipped out, but in the rare event you do find a fault, Please contact me via the 'Contact Us' tab if you find any faults with the item.

Please note that due to the delicate nature of the sarees beading, diamantés, sequins and other forms of embroidery falling/fallen off will not be deemed as a fault.  

 

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery

There is free standard delivery on all orders with no minimum spend. Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are posted out the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be posted out the following working day. Delivery can take up to 5 working days with standard delivery. 

 

Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery is available for £5 and is free for orders over £120.

Order before 1pm for next day delivery (Monday - Thursday)

Orders placed on Friday will be shipped out on the following Monday. If you are ordering on a bank holiday please allow an extra day for your delivery.

If your order is urgent, please do get in touch so we can work with you to meet your requirements.

 

Saturday Delivery

Please select this option if you require your item be delivered on a Saturday. If this option is not selected then your order will be posted out the following Monday. 

Please select the delivery option you would prefer at time of ordering. 

You will receive notification when the item has been dispatched. If you haven't received your email, please double check your junk mail.
